Telemarketing Services

Telemarketing Services

In today’s business world, telemarketing is used as an essential medium of communication. It is also a most flexible and dynamic way to reach out targeted customers in less time and has proved to be an instrumental tool in the success of business organizations. Businesses use telemarketing services to reach out to their prospects and customers for marketing new products or services.

Types of telemarketing services a business can use:

There are five types of telemarketing services offered in the business process outsourcing industry. Telemarketing has proven useful, efficient and cost effective for businesses of all types and sizes. Each type has a different purpose, and to extract optimum results a business can use one (or more) telemarketing type separately or in combination depending upon its business needs.

In-bound Telemarketing:
Different marketing tools and campaigns are directed towards generating orders and leads. Inbound call center receives the calls from customers to solve their queries or to sell the products or service.

Outbound Telemarketing:
In outbound call center calls are initiated to prospective customers to sell products and services, generate and qualify leads, for setting appointments with sales representatives and to provide information on special sales and promotions.

Business to Business Telemarketing:
It is used to generate qualified sales leads, acquire customers and to keep other businesses with similar interest aware of your latest products and services. B2B telemarketing involves cold calling, so businesses that are serious about using B2B telemarketing to quickly generate qualified leads need to take important steps like hiring top-notch telemarketers or top-notch B2B telemarketing company.

Business to Consumer Telemarketing:
It is an inexpensive way of marketing products. B2C telemarketing is used to market special offers to prospects and already existing customers with outbound calls and offer services to people who depend on outbound and inbound telemarketing programs to buy goods and services.

Automated Telemarketing:
Automated telemarketing services such as IVR not only enable to accomplish repetitive tasks at lowest possible cost but are very useful and effective in processing large numbers of inbound telemarketing calls. Outbound automated telemarketing reaches out to buyers and prospects quickly and inexpensively generating leads and sales. Automated telemarketing can be tailored to individual business needs.

Dynamic Marketing Solutions
Telemarketing service is cost effective, innovative and flexible way to market and represent your company. And a telemarketing call center can prove to be the most powerful tool in your customer relations. In the world of business where dynamics are changing every moment, telemarketing services offer the flexibility for change because of the inherent nature with so many of the offered services going through a human medium.

Up to date Marketing Strategies
Any marketing campaign through electronic media involves planning and preparation, whereas telemarketing services need no such preparation. Telemarketers follow prescribed scripts, but the scripts are changed often and can be revised at any time during the work day so any message coming from a telemarketer is most up-to-date possible.

Direct Customer Contact
As telemarketing service involves direct customer contact it allows for instantaneous response from the customer. Since telemarketing is integrated with other sales and marketing efforts it helps in ensuring effective campaigns, increase customer retention rates, cultivate high-profit customers and maximize your return on investment. From a customer’s point of view, telemarketing provides scope for better issue resolution response from a business organization.

A Wide Array of Possibilities
Whether incoming or outgoing, telemarketing always involves direct one-on-one contact between someone representing a company and a prospect or customer. Depending upon budget and needs of a business, telemarketing service offers everything from simple phone answering, to wide array of options and specialized services. A telemarketing call center may provide customer service, take orders, conduct market research, offer technical support or offer variety of business-to-business calls related to everyday function of your business.

DocuSign and salesforce.com Create End-to-End Cloud-Based Business Transactions for Customers

The fastest way to get a signature.

Seattle, WA — July 6, 2010

DocuSign®, the leading provider of the most trusted cloud computing eSignature platform, today announced an alliance with salesforce.com to provide electronic signature services on the Force.com platform for customers. This joint OEM agreement enables DocuSign to offer its e-signature services as a best practice for Salesforce CRM customers to close business transactions in the cloud.

Just as cloud computing has dramatically transformed how businesses operate, electronic signatures are further transforming business transactions, by conducting them entirely in the cloud. By moving document signing into the cloud, businesses can gain real-time insight into the agreement signing process. And, through the integration of DocuSign with Salesforce Chatter, businesses can collaborate and have real-time visibility into who has received, reviewed and signed a document.

“Our work with DocuSign is moving the last mile of business transactions, contract signatures, to Cloud 2,” said Kendall Collins, chief marketing officer, salesforce.com. “Bringing together Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Chatter with DocuSign’s e-signature technology will deliver real-time collaboration around contract workflow processes, helping customers close deals entirely in the cloud.”

As demonstrated last week at Cloudforce 2010 in San Jose by salesforce.com’s Marc Benioff and DocuSign’s Tom Gonser, the DocuSign eSignature service offers users the ability to leverage data within Salesforce CRM and is enabled with Salesforce Chatter for real-time visibility and updates. Users can follow others and follow deals as the information is pushed in real-time. Whether it is a contract, acknowledgement or approval requiring one or more signatures, virtually everyone within an organization needs to get a document signed. With DocuSign being Salesforce Chatter-enabled, employees across the entire organization can collaborate during the e-signing process, delivering cost and workflow efficiencies.

The salesforce.com community’s response to DocuSign has been overwhelming, with DocuSign being recognized as an AppExchange App of the Week and receiving an Appy Award for Best Partner Application at Dreamforce ’09. DocuSign is a national sponsor of and participating in salesforce.com’s Cloudforce 2 events. DocuSign will also OEM the Force.com platform for enterprise cloud computing, and the companies have developed a joint go-to-market program empowering the salesforce.com sales team to help bring DocuSign to more than 77,300 salesforce.com customers.

“The synergy of DocuSign and Salesforce CRM creates a powerful, comprehensive and cohesive relationship that extends beyond product, customer and distribution,” said Steve King, president and CEO of DocuSign. “DocuSign is excited to align with the leader in enterprise cloud computing. We look forward to collaborating with salesforce.com to further extend the power of DocuSign and Salesforce CRM in streamlining business processes, reducing costs and ensuring the continued success of our joint customers.”

Now You Can Import Company Records Into Contact Management Systems

— December 23, 2003

CSVmapper is a handy CSV file conversion utility that helps import COMPANY records into CONTACT management systems. In business research, many downloadable databases are structured to have one company per record, with lots of contacts in each record. But the most popular contact management systems and CRM (customer relationship management) systems require these files to have only one contact per record for importing to be possible.

CSVmapper reads these multiple-contact records and creates new, one-contact-per-record contact files that your contact management system can import.

“The problem addressed by CSVmapper has been around for a long time,” said Jeff Gardner, President of eNetPortals.com, the software firm offering CSVmapper. “Business research often focuses on companies, and many downloadable databases are structured to have one company per record, with lots of contacts in each record!”

CSVmapper lets you easily split those records to build a one-contact-per-record CSV file compatible with your contact management system. Actually, CSVmapper’s value is not limited to users of contact management systems. Anyone who needs to split records into sub-records will benefit from CSVmapper!

CSVmapper runs on most Windows systems. A free trial of the program is available for download at http://www.CSVmapper.com?QO=49. To learn more about CSVmapper, visit http://www.CSVmapper.com?QO=49.
